Crystal Allen-Joyner is a highly accomplished strategic and innovative leader with extensive experience in; pioneering, developing, directing, managing, counseling/interviewing, coordinating multiple programs and projects concurrently in the areas of Social Services, Higher Education, Mental Health, and Workforce Development. Serving the following populations over 17 years; disadvantaged, aging/disabled, military veterans and families, at-risk youth, and college student populations across several working arenas.
Proven success in both public and non-profit settings, in building new organizations and services through program management, training, coaching and mentoring. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. She is a military spouse and a native of Georgia. She is a graduate of Mercer University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a graduate of Fort Valley State University with a Master’s of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and Case Management, and she is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
